Cleaning prices vary depending on the size and condition of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the level of detail required, and the type and frequency of service.

As a general reference, our starting prices are:

Deep Cleaning: starting at $280

Recurring Cleaning: starting at $150

Because every home has different needs, the final price is determined after an in-person assessment with our manager. This allows us to make sure the estimate accurately reflects the time, labor, and level of detail required for your home.

Our Standard House Cleaning service covers the essential areas of your home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Services include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning key surfaces, and other routine cleaning tasks according to our Standard Cleaning Checklist.

Our Deep Cleaning service goes beyond routine maintenance cleaning, with extra attention to buildup and areas that are not typically addressed during a Standard Cleaning. It includes detailed cleaning of baseboards, doors and frames, blinds, light fixtures and ceiling fans, as well as accessible areas behind and under appliances and furniture. Kitchens and bathrooms also receive more detailed attention, including buildup, soap scum, and other areas requiring deeper cleaning.

Cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, windows and cabinets is not included in our standard Deep Cleaning service. These services may be added upon request for an additional charge.
